Masterclass Sessions
At Inspired to Change we have a team of experienced solution focused hypnotherapists with many different areas of expertise which they have often chosen to focus on because of their own life experiences.
In these 2 hour Masterclass sessions we harness these specialisms and take a deeper dive in to a particular subject related to resilience and wellbeing.
Masterclasses can be booked as stand alone sessions or as ad-on’s to our half day workshop and coaching programme.
Our Masterclasses are currently under construction and will be available soon. The programme will include:
- Understanding The Brain – this essential Masterclass provides the foundational knowledge needed to get the most out of the rest of our Masterclasses. Once you have completed this you can book any of our other Masterclasses as one off sessions or a series of sessions.
- Improving Sports Performance – learn how to harness the power of your brain to improve your sports performance. This Masterclass is ideal for local sports teams and clubs
- Understanding Anxiety for Parents and Teachers – When we understand more about our brains and the anxiety response it becomes easier to support the children in our care who are struggling, not only reducing their anxiety but also reducing our own feelings of helplessness that often arise in these situations. This masterclass is for the adults rather than the children and is ideal for running within the school environment for both teachers and parents.
- Living with Dementia – A diagnosis of Dementia affects not just the person with the diagnosis but also the family and friends around them. This Masterclass helps us understand what we can do to support everyone affected. This Masterclass can also be run for teams and staff who care for people with a Dementia diagnosis.

Our Therapists and Trainers work to help people understand how our brains work and why they get us stuck sometimes, and we teach people how to get our brains working better for us so we can all be at our best.
