Well where to begin?Get Better, Cope Better, Be better. I needed all these things. After a tough couple of years with layer upon layer of change, challenge, disappointments and grief I needed to do something for me.While I count myself as pretty resilient my confidence and optimism had taken quite a knock. I wanted to feel freer, lighter in every sense of the word.I felt stuck. This was all hidden and would be a surprise to most people. I was showing a split-personality where I was very patient at work but very short tempered at home. Having had different therapy in the past for different issues hypnotherapy was very successful dealing with work-stress years before. Caroline came heavily recommended and has been a genius. She guided me with care and in-depth knowledge to allow me to discover I had the ability to choose how to act rather than act/react automatically.I found the experience very refreshing, easy, thought provoking and enjoyable. Caroline is inspirational and shows you the way to work through the thunder clouds that can appear in your life and helps you through to the blue sky beyond. She is always professional and after each session it feels as though you have just had the most relaxing weekend and ready to face the week ahead . Thank you Caroline.

Caroline practices from her quiet home therapy room in rural Northamptonshire close to Thrapston within easy reach of Corby, Kettering, Oundle and Huntingdon with access to the A14, A45, A605 and A6116. Free parking is available in the layby opposite. There are pretty walks through the village, by the river, lakes and nature reserve if you wish to extend your visit as well as local cafés and pubs serving food and drink.
